Absolutely incredible service
Absolutely incredible service In 2017 I setup a crypto wallet with a small amount of crypto currency deposited. When I created the account and due to trust issues I set it up with a completely unique password, which was the right thing to do, however, within a few days I had foolishly forgot the password and I had not appreciated that purchasing crypto is not like a typical financial institution where you can reset your password. Anyway, I wrote off the episode as a bad experience, for some reason in 2024 I came across my wallet address and decided to see if I could have a go at remembering the password – again I failed. That was when I came across Crypto Asset Recovery, I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive at first due to all of the scams in the crypto space. I made contact which was all done very professionally and they explained their fees and how they can recover passwords, the logic of which made complete sense. I decided to give it a go and provided them with the information that I had available. After a few days they responded confirming they could access my wallet and talked me through the next steps in the process. Within hours I had access to my wallet (now no longer used) and the funds minus Crypto Asset Recovery’s fees – which I was more than happy to pay. I have to say I have been amazed by the customer service and the experience, I genuinely thought all hope was lost. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in the same predicament as me I thoroughly recommend you try them, you 100% will not be disappointed.

Never stopped trying
I reached out to Chris almost 2yrs ago for help with trying to recover my old forgotten blockchain.com account. He tried multiple things to no avail. Chris was straight forward, mentioned nothing was working and if it was ok if he could keep the wallet and continue to try cracking the password, I agreed and went on my way thinking nothing would come of this. Two years pass by and to my surprise, Chris reached out yesterday saying he cracked the password. Amazing!! He logged into the account and shared the info. Very trustworthy recovery company
I was very hesitant about using a crypto hacking company initially, because it seems as though most of those companies are scams. However, when I forgot my password into my bitcoin account, the provider recommended using Crypto Asset Recovery to help me get into my account. I contacted Chris, and he was very patient with my list of questions. I thought that taking 20% of my wallet funds was very reasonable, considering it had been almost 10 years since I was able to log into that account. They will ask you sign a contract, give your wallet ID, and some password guesses. This can be a little scary, at least it was for me, since you are handing information over to someone you don't know. But, Chris did offer a Zoom call for some reassurance, and I thought that was very professional. It only took him about an hour before emailing me and saying that he got into my account. I thought it was too good to be true. You won't regret using Chris and his team for crypto recovery!

I took the gamble with them and... am extremely happy for a few reasons. It took a lot for me to mentally commit to sharing my wallet ID with a stranger, let alone a company claiming to crack into what everyone calls "impossible to crack without a secret phrase" I found an old blockchain.info transaction I had made from years ago + my wallet Id but no wallet phrase. After finding Crypto Asset Recovery was recommended by Blockchain.com I looked into the company and found a lot of publicity so I took the shot in the dark. The process was actually fast and didn't take over 24 hours They access your account but take screenshots along the way while sharing with you over email. You will then have access to your account and can validate that they did not take any of your funds since you can review the transactions. A 20% deal to recover your seemingly lost funds is a steal in itself. man... they deserve all of the support they can get.
These folks are amazing
These folks are amazing. I could not remember my password, I had not set a 12-word privacy key, I had funds in that wallet and I was lost. I was hesitant at first when I contacted Crypto Asset Recovery but I felt I was out of options. The support person assigned to my case was Chris. He was so incredibly patient with me and all my questions. Initially we had no luck but with a second round of password guesses he cracked the code. He told me the balance, sent a screen shot, then sent a screen shot of their fee, and finally my remaining balance. He sent a small amount for verification of my receiving wallet and once that was confirmed, he sent the remaining balance. I had become very comfortable corresponding with Chris and I really felt I could trust him. He sent me my original password and recommended not using the old wallet any more since I had shared it with them (not that they would do anything nefarious with it). I highly recommend using Crypto Asset Recovery if you feel like you are at a dead end to access your crypto wallet.
