At first I wasn't sure if i could trust them, so I had to go back searching for reviews about them , because of the urgency I had to finally drop all my passwords and wallet ID. Chris is kind and honest and just as he promised to take only 20% after unlocking my blockchain that was exactly what he did ,infact he took below the amount so that the charges won't be deducted from my remaining balance. I give 5stars because password recovery is very reliable and ofcourse honest. Austin.
Worthy of Your Trust
I must admit, I was very nervous trusting anyone to try and unlock my long lost bitcoin. After finally not wanting to try anymore combinations and also not wanting to have this looming over me, I put my trust in Crypto Asset Recovery. Chris responded in a reasonable timeframe and we set up a zoom. I gave him all the pertinent information and he told me he'd update me in about 3 days. Imagine my surprise when I checked my email later that night to find out that he had cracked my password. We immediately set up a zoom so that we could go into the account together. Chris Brooks and Crypto Asset Recovery we’re able to recover a large tranche of STX tokens. I was unable to access my tokens from a HIRO wallet upgrade. I had written my secret recovery phrase but had only 23 of the 24 words written down. They enabled recovery using a computer program using a process called brute force which used all possible words (over 1000) into all 24 variations of the recovery phrase. I was thrilled at what they accomplished. Throughout this Process Chris and his group impressed me. They were knowledgeable, professional and adept. They actually got to recover my Bitcoin!!
They actually got to recover my Bitcoin wallet that I lost 8 years ago! I am so happy that they were able to do so and in such a short amount of time as well. I would definitely recommend this awesome group to anyone who has lost access to their wallet. Note though that I had clues like old passwords and deposit addresses so this may also have helped with the recovery success. If anyone would find themselves in a similar situation, I would strongly recommend hiring their services.
Professional, Very Courteous and Effective!
I had been holding onto to my deceased brother's Blockchain account for a while, not knowing what his secondary password was. I even went as far as trying some of the brute force methods available on YouTube and either I was not smart enough to get close to the password, or I didn't have the computing power or both. So I gave up. Fast forward 6 years. My daughter texted me the recent BBC article on these guys and suggested they may help. Funny that they were based out of NH and we were from MA. I didn't expect much, figured this was a "cold case" and they probably were pretty busy with the growing interest of digital currency. But I received a response within a couple of hours! Chris was very nice and listened to my story and then he gave me an overview of their services. Shortly thereafter (like a couple of days), we were on a Zoom call meeting face-to-face on Friday and discussing next steps. We sent them the info they needed and heard from them the next day, on a *Saturday*, telling us they had obtained the secondary password! We opened it together over a second Zoom call and unfortunately it was empty, but there was relief knowing that we hadn't lost anything. And it didn't cost us a dime! We'll always be grateful to Chris and Crypto Asset Recovery for their efforts. Highly recommended.

Crypto Asset Recovery is an AMAZING service!! Fast, Friendly, and 100% Trustworthy. I thought the bitcoin I had in a blockchain account from 2013 was gone forever b/c I couldn't remember the password. Then I heard about these guys and decided to reach out and see if they could help. I emailed them and got a response from Chris the next day. He explained what they do step by step and he always asked permission before he did anything. So basically, this is how it works. You give them what you think the password could be or anything you may have possibly used as a password before and they have a program that will run millions and millions of different combos to try and force break your password. If they are successful, they charge about a 20% fee, but free if they are unsuccessful. I think I sent them 2 different emails with possible passwords but none of them worked so Chris told me that if I thought of any more, let him know and he would try them as well. So I thought of a few more possible passwords about 2 weeks later, let him know and got an email a few days after that telling me they had cracked my password!! I know a lot of people might not be comfortable with them having access to your acct before you do, which I believe they are aware of and why they ask every time before they do anything every step of the way, and they send you a screen shot as soon as they get into your acct. where you can see all past transactions and it's easy to confirm that they took the correct amount for their fee and in my experience, they were very professional, transparent and 100% trustworthy. They even gave me a slight discount on their fee.
